Gowan welcome back to Massey Hall... simply put using some Geddy Lee speak, The show was Effin Amazing!
The nearly sold out Massey Hall roared their approval song after song... Gowan included his classic hits:
Cosmetics - Awake the Giant - All The Lovers in the World - Guerilla Soldier - A Criminal Mind
Strange Animal and ending with Moonlight Desires
The first concert I saw when I moved to Toronto was Gowan at the Ontario Place Forum (1987).
I was impressed with Gowan's talent and charisma back then and still am today.
I loved the interaction between Gowan and his band, especially his brother Terry on bass!
Gowan's fans love him...
That was evident with the loud cheering after every song... Especially the classics!
Gowan and the band received a standing ovation to bring on an encore and as the band left the stage!
2023 Gowan still has it!
